The Warren Theatre, a 150,000 sq. ft., 18-screen state-of-the-art movie theater, opened in December of 2014. The first entertainment anchor boasts $40 million dollars’ worth of luxurious finishes, including one of the largest screens in the Tulsa area at 100 feet wide by 50 feet tall. There are five different ways to experience a movie, two restaurants, a game room and a cry room. In-theater dining, reserved seating, recliner seats with seat heaters and individual armrests, and custom-curved screens are other highlights.
The Creek Turnpike provides excellent access to the project from Downtown Tulsa and the surrounding area. The project can be accessed from either S. Aspen Avenue or S. Elm Place via W. Tucson Street (121st Street), which was recently widened to four lanes.
The Signorelli Company recently finished construction on a new retail building at The Shops at Aspen Creek. Starbucks was the first tenant to open in July 2018, with Great Clips set to open in the following months.
The Shops at Aspen Creek is a regional shopping center located in Broken Arrow. The 150-acre mixed-use development is planned to include 1 million square feet of the best brands in shopping, dining and entertainment, and The Reserve at Aspen Creek, a 240-unit multi-family project located in a beautifully wooded setting amidst the lifestyle components of the development, which opened in June of 2017. The Shops at Aspen Creek is destined to be a gathering spot and a regional draw to residents of nearby communities.
